On 15 December 2023, Murapol debuted on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. NBS was responsible for implementing the informational and promotional campaign supporting Murapol’s IPO.

On August 1st, 2023 NBS Communications has been appointed by Dom Development Group, the largest residential developer in Poland, to manage its PR activities on all levels. The cooperation will cover the Group’s corporate communications, product PR, and investor relations.

A few days ago, Norway-based Hydro completed the acquisition of Alumetal, a Polish producer of secondary aluminium. We had the pleasure of working on this transaction, implementing an information and promotion campaign to support Hydro’s public tender offer for all shares in Alumetal.

The fourth edition of the GPW Growth Academy has ended. NBS Communications has been a partner in this project since it very beginning.

Krzysztof Woch and Maciej Szczepaniak have each taken up 10% of the shares in NBS Communications, joining the existing shareholders—Anna Krajewska, founder and vice-president, and Piotr Wojtaszek, CEO.

Together with our client Bank BNP Paribas, we joined the Noble Gift campaign this year and prepared presents for Ewa from Warsaw.

During the annual convention of PRWA member agencies, the award for the best PR campaign was presented for the first time. The award went to NBS for its promotion of National Geographic’s “Planet or Plastic” campaign.

Since 1990, nearly 400 clients from 30 countries have worked with NBS. During that time, we have conducted over 130 campaigns supporting IPOs and listings on the WSE.

NBS Communications supported the initial public offering of Allegro.eu. This was the largest ever IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
